Rule No. 15

Invest in classic pieces. The city is always moving and changing, especially when it comes to trends, so play with them, but always have key items to fall back on. Plus you won’t go broke (and we all know what rent is like).

Rule No. 14

Know some good restaurants. The city always has a multitude of places to eat and an unbelievable array of different types of food, so don’t settle for fast food every time you go out.

Rule No. 13

Be Confident. You’re awesome, so show it. You don’t have to act outlandish to get anyone’s attention, people just feel how secure you are with yourself. Stay cool, calm, and classy.

+

Rule No. 12

Be treated like a princess, but don’t act like one. It’s nice to feel important and to be a little pampered, but don’t be bigheaded.

+

Rule No. 11

It’s OK to like sports. Don’t sit back and wait for a man to teach you about sports. If you like it, then you like it.

Rule No. 9

Don’t Be a Know-It-All. It is totally okay to admit you don’t know something; everyone is always learning. That being said, if you are well-versed in something, do not hesitate to use your knowledge to your advantage. When it comes to “impressing” men you are interested in, it is ok to ask questions about things you don’t know, but it is also ok for you to teach him a thing or two.

+

Rule No. 8

Have a taste for music. Everyone likes different types of music, but don’t forget the classics like the Beatles, Bob Dylan, and Queen just to name a few.

+

Rule No. 7

Be Up to Date on Current Events. Be aware of what goes on in the world, it will inevitably have an impact on your society.

+

Rule No. 6 (Submission)

If you’ve hit 8 in an elevator and someone else has hit 2, don’t stand in front of the door. Conversely, if you’ve hit 2, you don’t even have to look at what anyone else has pressed - GET READY TO DISEMBARK.
